1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is returned within the specified return period (see below).

Note: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • Order number
  • Reason for refund
  • Photos or videos of the product (in case of defects or damage)

b. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was delivered.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

c. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. Refunds will be approved if:

  • The product is in its original condition.
  • The reason for the refund request is valid.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products (unless defective or damaged during delivery).
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products. If you wish to exchange an item:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
